I started Demo Partner Co. after one too many jobs where the previous guy quoted $180 over the phone and then billed $640 once the truck was in the driveway. That sort of thing wears on people. So we set it up simple: a real price before we start, we show up when we said we would, and the homeowner doesn't have to argue with anybody at the end.
